Accessing Support from your University
We can help you to go through all of this information and advise you on what measures the university can put in place for you. We can put you in contact with a variety of local support services as well as guide you on accessing counselling services.

Accessing External Support
• Victim Support provide help and advice if you have been a victim of a crime. They can also help you apply for compensation. You can call 0845 30 30 900 or visit their website www.victimsupport.org.uk/
• Southampton Rape Crisis (SRC) provides specialist services to those who are at risk of or who have been affected by an unwanted sexual experience. This may include anything from rape, childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault to harassment or coercion. They can provide specialist counselling and group counselling services. • Southampton Women’s Aid (SWA) provide specialist advice and support to those affected by domestic abuse which includes sexual assaults that might have happened within a relationship.
